Where the answers come from.
Written and checked against Bibek Debroy's translation of the Bhandarkar Critical Edition, and Ramesh Menon's twelve-volume rendering of the complete epic. Every one was verified before it went in.
Questions from all eighteen parvas — including the Shanti and Anushasana parvas, where Bhishma teaches Samkhya and dharma from a bed of arrows, and the four short books after the war that most retellings never reach. The Bhagavad Gita is included.
Answers follow the Sanskrit epic, not the television serials or the regional retellings — both of which are wonderful, and neither of which is what is tested here.

- Yes. There is nothing to buy, no trial, and no card.
- Why do I have to sign in?
- So your progress survives a closed tab. Google tells us your name and email address, nothing else, and nothing is posted anywhere.
- How long does it take?
- As long as you like. There is no deadline and no streak to keep. Five questions a day or fifty.
- Can I get the certificate twice?
- No. It is issued once, with the name you type, so type it carefully.
